This is the famous Weeping Wall in Glacier National Park. Water from snow melt in the mountains makes it's way down and then filters both over and through the rocks of this wall. Makes for a very interesting sight, especially during the height of spring run-off. The weeping wall can occasionally go "dry" late in the season or during years of very low snow pack.
