"Perrine Bridge" - Twin Falls, Idaho - 9.8.2006

Perrine Bridge is the only man made structure in the United States where BASE jumping is allowed year-round without a permit. Just about every day of the year, people walk to the middle of Twin Falls’ Perrine Bridge, strap on parachutes, climb over the rail and plunge into the Snake River Canyon.
Some seconds later, they land nearly 500 feet below the bridge on one of the banks of the Snake – or in the river itself.
